Hi! My name is Mickey Atkins and I’m a social worker, therapist, and mental health advocate. I say all the time that I’m here to start a mental health revolution because while there’s lots of incredible work being done in the community already, I think we’ve got a long way to go. I want to de-stigmatize mental illness and create a community and movement that’s inclusive, honest, and fun. Therapy and mental health shouldn’t be boring and it also shouldn’t be a privilege.
